He is recognized for building high performing teams and delivering complex projects across the UAE and international markets.
Salem Abdul Rahman Alattas

With more than 26 years at ADNOC, Salem has led major capital projects across gas processing, engineering, and infrastructure. His expertise spans FEED and EPC execution, control systems, and process automation, with a strong track record delivering mega projects from concept to completion while strengthening stakeholder alignment.
